ACCEPTANCE OF PLACE, LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE AND STUDENT CONTRACT

 After application three possible outcomes may occurred: 

  • direct rejection
  • direct admission invitation
  • selection interview invitation

Candidates will be notified by email only,  within a two weeks after the application is full subbmited.

Applicants with complete applications and the interview passed will receive the Offer of Place by e-mail. The School should receive the information whether an applicant accepts the Offer of Place within 10 days, otherwise the answer is regarded as negative and the applicant is put on the waiting list. In case an applicant changes his/her mind the status could be changed if there is still a place available.

After the School receives the acceptance of the Offer of Place it will send the Letter of Acceptanceand the Student Contract to the applicant by regular mail. That is why it is very important that the mailing address in the application form is accurate.

The School should receive the information whether an applicant accepts the Student Contract within 10 days from receiving the Letter of Acceptance and the Student Contract, otherwise the answer is regarded as negative and the applicant is put on the waiting list. In case an applicant changes his/her mind the status could be changed if there is still a place available.

The Student Contract is regarded accepted as soon as the School receives the first instalment of the tuition fee and receives the Student Contract signed by the student.

 

Selected candidates for the admission should:

Prepare all the required documents by certified translator.
